Remember my chapstick butterflies from my Handmade Holiday Boutique in December? Well, they are back in a new form ... my nine year old daughter decided that chapstick was boring, and we needed to do lip gloss this time around.
You know what? She was right. The lip gloss butterflies were a big hit for the girls. (I apologize for the poor photo, this was just for an inventory file, and I didn't catch a photo at the craft fair).
While you could use the butterflies as Easter basket fillers, they would also make a great bow on a birthday package and can be used as a simple handmade gift or party favor for little girls.
To create your own Chapstick or LipGloss Butterflies, you can purchase the Beautiful Butterflies die here (this die is exclusive to Stampin' Up!).
Don't have a Big Shot yet?
Join me at my April Focus on the Big Shot class to see how easy it is to use. While we will be doing advanced embossing techniques (rather than simply running our card stock through the Big Shot with a Textured Impressions Embossing Folder), the class will be easy for even a complete novice to die cutting or paper crafting!
